Shipping policy

The Netherlands 

The Lavendelly products are only available for pre-order. When placing an order, the full price of the item must be paid in advance. If the product is in stock, you can expect it to arrive within 1 - 3 working days. 


1. Processing and shipping:

1.1. We operate with a pre-order system. You can order bundles from 1st to the 7th of each month. After complete your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you order later than that, your order will be carried over to the next month.

1.2. All final orders are placed on the 8th of each month. 

1.3. Processing and shipping to The Lavendelly can take up to 5-12 business days. Around the 25th of each month, all final orders are received by The Lavendelly.

1.4. Home Delivery:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to the provided email address during the checkout process. This tracking information will allow you to monitor the progress of your package delivery.

1.5. Service Point (The Lavendelly):
Once your order is received by The Lavendelly, you will receive an email at the provided email address during the checkout process.

From this point, you can schedule an appointment to pick up your order!

 

2. Postage costs:

2.1. As for the postage costs, we use DHL for delivery. The shipping costs are €3,15 and if you prefer home delivery, there's a surcharge of €0,50,-. However, if you choose to have it delivered to a DHL or The Lavendelly service point, it's completely free!

 

3. Shipping Responsibilities at The Lavendelly:

3.1. The Lavendelly is committed to ensuring that your order is securely packaged and handed over to the shipping company on time.

3.2. However, once the package is handed over to the shipping company, we are not liable for any delays, stolen packages, or damage caused by the shipping company.

3.3. Any claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages should be directed to the respective shipping company.

 

International shipping

4. International shipping:

4.1. For international purchases, customers should be aware of potential customs duties, taxes, or import fees enforced by their respective countries.

Kindly note that we are not liable for any import duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be settled upon delivery. It is advisable to consult your local customs office for details on potential charges before placing your order.
