Terms and conditions - hair products 

Thank you for choosing The Lavendelly! These terms and conditions govern the use of our products and services. By placing an order with us, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

 

1. Order Processing

1.1. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed and the order is in stock, we will process and ship it promptly.

1.2. The Lavendelly reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time due to stock availability, payment issues, or any other reasons deemed necessary.

 

2. Shipping and Delivery

2.1. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay that occurs after the package is given to the courier. 

2.2. Delivery times provided are estimates and are subject to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3.3. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Any additional costs incurred due to incorrect or incomplete address details will be your responsibility.

3. Returns and Refunds

3.1. We strive to provide high-quality products. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order.

3.2. Returns and exchanges are subject to our discretion and must be authorized by The Lavendelly.

3.3. We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.

3.4. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Alternatively, you will receive a voucher that is valid for one year. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

3.5 Products purchased during a promotion or at a discount cannot be returned for a cash refund. However, we do offer the option to receive a voucher, provided the product is returned undamaged and in its original condition within 14 days of purchase. The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

3.6 We do not provide refunds o  goods that have been made according to specifications or are clearly personalized.

 

4. Customer Responsibility


4.1. The Lavendelly provides high-quality hair extensions that are designed to be durable and long-lasting when properly cared for and maintained.


4.2. We are not liable for any damage to the hair extensions that occurs due to improper installation, maintenance, or misuse by the customer.


4.3. Therefore, we cannot offer any restitution or replacements for hair that has been damaged or manipulated due to improper handling or care.

 

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All content, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with The Lavendelly are protected by copyright and other applicable laws.

5.2. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content related to The Lavendelly without our prior written consent.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. The Lavendelly shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

6.2. Our liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service in question.

 
Please note that we are not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or additional fees that may be charged by your country's customs department. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon delivery. It is advisable to check with your local customs office for information on any potential charges before placing your order.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Netherlands.

1. Terms ans conditions:

1.1. It is not possible to get a refund for deposits on extensions or wigs that have been reserved. 

1.2. If you are unable to attend our appointment, don't worry. Reschedule your appointment within the 48-hour grace period, and your deposit will not be lost.

1.3. If you have made a deposit but decide to cancel your appointment in a timely manner, you can rest assured. Your deposit will be kept in our customer database for three months. When you reschedule, the amount of your previous deposit will be deducted from the costs. However, if you choose to completely forego the appointment, please note that the deposit, unfortunately, cannot be refunded.

1.4. We recommend having extensions/wigs treated by The Lavendelly. If you choose to do it yourself or have someone else do it, unfortunately, the warranty will be void.

1.5. The use of products not originating from The Lavendelly on extensions/wigs can reduce the quality. We are not liable for this, and it is done at your own risk. If you use products from another brand, the warranty will be void.

1.6. Any damage that occurs during vacation (such as discoloration from the sun, sunscreen, or tangling) is your own responsibility.

1.7. Please arrive on time! If not, you will unfortunately need to pay an extra €10 if you are more than 10 minutes late. If you are fifteen minutes late, I will have to cancel the appointment.

1.8. Ask the stylist for advice on care. If you don't follow the rules, we are not liable for any damage to your own hair and the extensions/wig.

1.9. Have the extensions/wig removed by The Lavendelly. If you do this yourself or have someone else do it, we are not responsible.

1.10. For appointments where part of the service takes place after 6:00 PM, an evening surcharge applies:

• For appointments entirely after 6:00 PM: €20,-

For appointments partially after 6:00 PM: €10,-

On public holidays, a surcharge of €25,- will be applied to all appointments.

1.11. Please note that correction appointments can only be scheduled between 09:00 AM and 06:00 PM.

1.12. If you use medication, have a hormonal imbalance, or are prone to allergic reactions, please inform us before the appointment. These factors can affect how your scalp or hair responds to the treatment. If this is not community in advance, the treatment is done entirely at your own risk, and we are not liable for any resulting damage.

1.13. Lastly, I prefer not to have any companions at our appointment.

 

2. House rules:

2.1. You are kindly requested to arrive at the appointment with clean, blow-dried, and dry hair. Please refrain from using oil, hair products, gel, etc., before your visit.

2.2. Please arrive on time! If you are delayed by 10 minutes, unfortunately, an extra €10 will be charged. If you are fifteen minutes late, the appointment may need to be canceled, or the styling may no longer be possible.

2.3. Ensure that the hair extensions are washed and blow-dried if necessary before coming to the salon. For curly extensions, washing alone is sufficient.

2.4. Smoking is not allowed in the salon, and pets are also not allowed.

2.5. We cannot be held responsible for the loss of your belongings. We always recommend keeping an eye on your personal belongings during your salon visit.

2.6. Damaging your property, such as jewelry and clothing, is entirely your responsibility.

2.7. Not satisfied with the treatment? In this case, it is important to inform us within three days. This way, we can work together to find a suitable solution. After this three-day period, the guarantee for a correction appointment expires.

2.8. Service correction treatments are scheduled within 7 days. Please note that styling is not included in this treatment.

2.9. I prefer not to have any company during our appointment.
